General Rules & Guidelines
- Dress Code: Collarless T-Shirts, Shorts, Sandals, and Bathroom Slippers are not permitted during physical classes.
- Candidates must ensure that their name matches exactly as per their passport in the DGS E-Gov system. No corrections will be allowed after batch enrollment.
- Candidates must upload their latest photograph and signature in their DGS E-Gov profile before course enrollment.
- Students must mark attendance through the Centralised Attendance System (CAS).
- Late reporting candidates will not be admitted. Admission will be cancelled and no refund will be provided.
- Candidates must complete E-Learning & Assessment, Physical Classes, Practical, and Exit Examination to receive the certificate.
- The certificate is system-generated, and the name will appear exactly as per the E-Gov system.
- If a candidate fails to attend the course on the booked date, the seat will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
- Fees once paid cannot be transferred to another course or candidate.
- The institute reserves the right to cancel the course at any time due to internal, technical, or insufficient enrollment reasons.
- Duplicate receipts will not be issued.
- Transaction fees are non-refundable and will not be reversed under any circumstances.
- All transaction fees must be borne by the cardholder.
- The institute reserves the right to change course fees at any time without prior notice.
- Cancellation requests and certificate issuance will only be processed after full payment of all dues.
