The course is meets the training requirements laid down in
Regulation V/3, paragraph 5, Section A-V/3-1 and Table A-V/3-1 of the
International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and
Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW), and Code 1978, as amended.
The candidate has also met the additional criteria specified
in the STCW Convention, applicable to the issue of the certificate.

or expired FPFF & PST certificates
- Seafarers
requiring revalidation under STCW Convention
